ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been packed and shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or public holidays.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, subject to the following terms:

Extra Charges: A standard COD convenience fee is applied to all COD orders. This extra charge will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Verification: To ensure secure deliveries and prevent fake requests, our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your COD order before we dispatch it. If we cannot reach you for verification within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be placed on hold.
Payment at Delivery: Please ensure you or someone at your address has the cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s tracking portal to update with your shipment status.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our fulfillment process begins immediately upon receiving an order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been successfully placed on our website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please remember that Mama Oil Naturals operates under a strict No Return and No Refund policy. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds once an order is confirmed.
