1. Cancellations
Because our fulfillment and shipping processes begin immediately after an order is successfully placed, we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Once you complete checkout and your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, paused, or cancelled.
2. Returns
All products sold by Mama Oil Naturals are strictly non-returnable. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Ordering the incorrect item or quantity
- Delays in shipping or delivery beyond our control
- Personal preference regarding fragrance, texture, or results
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any of our products. Please ensure that you review your cart carefully and select the correct items before completing your purchase.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any purchases made on our website. This applies to both prepaid orders (Razorpay, Cashfree) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we take extensive precautions to securely pack your orders, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or completely incorrect item due to a shipping error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
You must provide clear unboxing videos and photographs of the damaged/incorrect item, the original packaging, and the shipping label. While we do not offer refunds or returns, our team will review the evidence on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement product is warranted.
